Gardens should be a place of relaxation, inspiration and wellness. We customize outdoor spaces to blend seamlessly with their surroundings and we love to create all types of gardens. Available for both residential and commercial sites, our designs are customized to the location. Among our favorite garden styles are cottage and cut flower gardens, pollinator and wildlife attracting, native plants, animal-resistant, rain gardens to absorb runoff or drought-tolerant to reduce water consumption. Regardless of the style, we like to use the right plants for the location and will always locally-source only the best and most appropriate materials. 

When you're ready for a new landscape installation we can assist in all facets of the project, we focus on proper plant selection and placement in our designs and our goal is to create a successful and thriving landscape that exceeds any and all expectations. We work with a network of talented professionals to bring you plantings, hardscapes and features that will enhance your outdoor space to attain maximum function and enjoyment. 

 We offer full service landscape maintenance for all ornamental landscape plants within garden beds excluding turf and large, mature trees, although we're happy to make referrals to qualified service providers when needed. 
We create custom service programs tailored to each property. Beginning with spring cleanups and mulch installation, we provide pruning, weed management service through the whole summer season wrapping up with fall cleanups. 

We provide creative solutions to common landscape issues with people, pet and eco-friendly methods. Your service program is based on the inventory of plants to be serviced to ensure that the needs of all plants are properly addressed. We specialize in removing/minimizing turf spaces in favor of ecologically beneficial plant selections.  

When you need help identifying and rescuing plants of value in an heirloom garden we are here to assist with the re-design and installation of new supplemental material.  

When a restoration project presents itself we often suggest using these opportunities to also remove any aggressive non-native species that are detrimental to the environment. Many plants that are now known as invasives started out as potted ornamentals on the benches at garden centers. As information becomes available it is our responsibility to adapt in ways that benefit the planet. 

 Seasonal floral installations are available as container gardens and/or coordinated plantings placed directly into the garden beds. Our landscapes are custom works of art created for each client and setting. 

Residential work often reflect the client's personality and preferences while commercial gardens are designed based on the site needs, level of traffic and the maintenance requirements.
We happily incorporate specific plants upon request but there's a certain magic that happens when we're left to our own devices. Our arrangements often omit standard, recognizable garden fare and focus heavily on less-common plant material. Each season we trial new combinations to discover what will perform best in the variable New England climate.   

  It has always been a source of joy to work with tropical plants. For many years this meant enjoying them within the confines of a heated greenhouse or utilizing them in our summer arrangements for our New England clients. 

The excitement of working with tropical plants can no longer be contained to a single season, we are pleased to announce the Florida division: every winter we travel to work with our beloved tropicals, in situ. 

When winter arrives in Connecticut we select a few lucky clients for garden projects in sunny south Florida. Our service window is limited to the winter months- we can’t offer year-round maintenance however we do offer design and installation as well as annual pruning and maintenance services. 

We currently provide service in the following counties: Lee, Collier, Dade and Broward.
